P0659 FIAT Actuator Supply Voltage A Circuit High

- Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)
- ECM harness is open or shorted
- ECM circuit poor electrical connection
- ECM Programming

The Engine Control Module (ECM) has detected a high voltage to the transmission control solenoids.
