Possible causes

– Timing belt or chain stretched or jumped
– Faulty Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor
– Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor harness is open or shorted
– Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor circuit poor electrical connection.

Symptoms

– Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
