Possible causes
  • ACP circuit short to GND or SIGRTN.
  • VREF circuit open.
  • Damaged PCM.
  • Open ACP circuit.
  • Damaged ACP sensor.
  • Tech description
    Verify a VREF voltage between 4 and 6 volts.
    Symptoms
    – Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
